Beginning Ukulele Orchestra Group Class

Name: Beginning Ukulele Orchestra Group Class
Date: September 15, 2018
Time: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM PDT
Event Description:
This is the most empowering way to start playing ukulele because it teaches beginning students to read notes and play them on your instrument. This equips students to become self-learners.  Many wonderful musicians never learned to read notes, but it?s as important in music as it is in literature. Imagine if all the literature you knew was what you had memorized word-for-word.  Being able to read notes allows students to play and hear how a piece goes. It allows students to study a piece of music, to see how the melody, harmony and rhythm of the piece work together to produce a powerful, unified whole. With 11 weeks in class, you?ll go far, even if you know you won?t be able to attend every single session. Two ways to pay: $15 per 1-hour class, or $140 for the entire series (a 15% discount)
